A Washington State Superior Court authorized this website.
Plaintiff Alexander Floyd (“Floyd”) filed a lawsuit against LatentView on behalf of himself and a class of similarly situated applicants for employment, alleging that LatentView violated the pay transparency provision of the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities Act, RCW 49.58.110. The lawsuit, Floyd v. LatentView Analytics Corporation, is currently pending before the Honorable Taki Flevaris in King County Superior Court as Case Number 25-2-04189-1 SEA (the “Lawsuit”).
Floyd is an applicant for employment with LatentView who alleges he was denied access to pay and benefits information during the application process. In particular, he alleges the job posting to which he responded did not include a wage scale or salary range and a general description of benefits and other compensation, in violation of RCW 49.58.110. He seeks $5,000.00 in statutory damages for each Class member. LatentView denies Floyd’s claims and maintains that it has not violated Washington law. The Court has not made a decision regarding the merits of the Lawsuit.
